The FireWork cards are based on four principles: breath, sensations, emotions and expressive use of the body. They have been developed through the collaboration of Angela Disse, Emily Derr and Edmundo Barbosa over many years while giving their international workshops. Some cards will be easy and fun to do, and some will be a challenge to remember to do.
